While you sit and think about the news, or ponder your next steps in your work
Your body wants to move

While you play a game but not really interested, more to pass the time
Your body wants to move

While you sit in fear about something that reminds you of moments in your past
Your body wants to move

While you are angry, sad, feeling lonely, or eating that bag of bland crisps
Your body wants to move

Your body craves to move
It knows that in the depth of your movement, you find your silent self

Your silent self resides in the moment of your asana, and, to help you see
Your body needs to move
