Doing what is good for you is sometimes contrary to what you think you want.

You may choose to eat that leftover pizza instead of an apple.

You may sit on the couch and watch TV instead of doing your daily yoga.

Choosing what is bad for you is easy, but in the long run, choosing the good over the bad is a delight

No matter how much you want to eat that pizza.
