Release Rationality
Respect Rest
Rest is as important in yoga as the asana.

For me, resting means reclining in bed (with a cat in my lap) and just siting still, letting all the energy that yoga has loosened up find its place.

This is one of the reasons why yoga is so healing for me. And the fact that it helps me to fully relax is truly awesome :).
