Monday Goals - week 1

It is Monday, and I am going to reinforce my habit of setting weekly goals in three important areas of my life: body, mind, and home.

First, a look back on last week's goals. Accountability is key. :)

Body: 5x30 (aka 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week, walking and dancing counts!)
Done! Went to a concert on 2 of those days, and danced like mad :) )

Mind: Complete week 1 of Positive Psychology on Coursera
Didn't finish that one, will today :) Did finish my homework for the Mindfulness course, though.

Home: finish decluttering my office and go to work there every day!
Didn't finish this one either, but I am soo close! Basically only need to go through a couple baskets under the bed and then I am done!

And now, on to this week's goals. I am adding one more goal area that's all about my chosen profession :)

Body: Go out for a walk three times this week.
Home: Finish the office and bedroom decluttering.
Mind: Read 2 chapters in Meditation book + do the Coursera homework for the week.
Writing: Finish the second draft of the "Dear Creative Soul" book.
