Weekly goals 1/5 - 7/5


Happy Monday!

The A to Z challenge is over, and I am here with a regular blog post :) I can now write what I want on any given day *phew!*

Having said that, I loved the challenge and it taught me so much about myself. That was the most fun part :)

And now, my regular installment of the weekly goals! Here are my goals for this week in five areas of my life:

Body: 5 days of at least 30 minutes walking or other exercises
Home: Clear the balcony and plant some pretty flowers
Mind: Watch an educative video each day
Spirit: Dive onto Pinterest for images for my meditation page
Writing: Edit my book (deadline looms!)
