Weekly goals - 8/5 - 14/5

Happy Tuesday!

As I posted my reflection on the A to Z challenge yesterday, I am posting my weekly goals today :)

Before I dive into posting my new goals, here is my reflection on last week's goals:

Body: 5 days of at least 30 minutes walking or other exercises
Failed in that, because I had a pain flare at the end of the week, so no movement all weekend.

Home: Clear the balcony and plant some pretty flowers
The weather was too bad for that, but did plant a lot of seedlings :)

Mind: Watch an educative video each day
Done! This was a truly awesome challenge. There is SO much to learn on YouTube! (watched a LOT of Crashcourse)

Spirit: Dive onto Pinterest for images for my meditation page
Done. That was a lot of fun to do.

Writing: Edit my book (deadline looms!)
Worked on that too!

And now, my goals for this week!

Body: 5 days of at least 30 minutes walking or other exercises
Home: Get rid of all the excess stuff in the bedroom and make it pretty
Mind: Watch an educative video each day
Spirit: Read Women who run with wolves Chapter 1
Writing: Edit my book
