Finding Stillness - Orchard

Finding Stillness is a weekly series on ways I find stillness without meditating. follow the tag to read the other posts.

This post is a bit out of the ordinary posts on the topic. It is a video I've made a month ago.

After the Glastonbury Festival was over, we headed to a small cabin in an orchard close to Glastonbury itself.

I woke up early the next morning, just after sunrise and decided to drink my tea outside.

It was so beautiful that I decided to film it.

Every time I watch this movie, I feel the stillness of the moment I filmed it. It is so calming and peaceful. I hope it gives you the same feeling.

  1. Hi Sylvia ... what a wonderful idea for Stillness - so true ... and I can just hear the bird song. That peace must have been some change from the Festival itself ... no wonder you're happy with the video - cheers for a good week - Hilary

    1. Thank you so much for stopping by!

It was such a wonderful change, to be in all this peace and quiet after the festival noise :)

Have a wonderful week as well, and thank you for your kind comments these past weeks! I've had health issues through most of them, and seeing your comments made my day.

I am so grateful for your visit, and a comment would make my day!
